I am a lifelong baseball junkie and have been player, coach, manager, instructor, dad of a successful NCAA ballplayer and since 1999, the president and publisher of BaseballTips.com, Softball-Tips.com and Baseball-Articles.com.
My passion for watching kids strive to conquer this game and the collection of steps & missteps along the way is life at its most human. It holds lessons that are hard to understand for some maybe even most. The passion & desire to improve, mixed in with a players skill and potential leaves few at the top of the pyramid, and like anything worth fighting for it is hard, and it takes so much longer to develop than any other game I know.
