Baseball Tips Return Policy
We like to keep things simple; for our customers and for ourselves. Here’s how our return policy works:
Returns:
To return an item, please contact us at 1-800-487-7432 (M-F 10-7 EST) to get an RMA number.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to process a return of any non-defective products. You must obtain an RMA# before attempting any return. Your RMA number should be displayed on the package.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective product-returns.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. Customer must return products in good condition with common sense care in packing. - Damaged or defective products are non-returnable and will be fixed or replaced at our discretion.
- We understand that things happen. We will always try and work with our customers and do our best to balance the views of all our customers, vendors and shippers.
Refunds: Have to meet the following conditions:
- If the merchandise has been opened, it must be returned with all of the original printed and packaging material
- The merchandise is not damaged to the extent that the damage will prevent its resale as a new product.
Shipping Costs: Shipping will be refunded in full only when an incorrect product has been sent or the product was defective.
In all other cases, the cost of shipping will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
After 30 Days: Defective or faulty products that have not been used or damaged in any manner can be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to deny any other exceptions. Any approved exceptions will incur a 20% restocking fee.
