Looking for a pitching machine and batting cage for your backyard without breaking the bank! Our Heater Combo is a baseball PLUS softball pitching machine that will perform for years! Adding our matching Xtender backyard batting cage just makes sense. They are both lighter weight than our pro models but are plenty heavy for your backyard ballplayers and teams too!

You will not find more machine for its breakthrough price! Very easy for a one-person set up with its matching auto ball feeder. Though I personally don’t use it for both sports, I like the extra velocity from the larger motor. The Xtender batting cages are available in many sizes and are expandable either now or in the future. Remember, the length of a batting cage will never keep a player from improving so don’t let a smaller backyard or limited budget keep your players from the thousands of swings they will take with this set-up!

The Heater Combo model pitches baseballs up to 60 MPH and softballs up to 56 MPH. The machine can accurately throw a pitch from up to 60 feet. The pitching wheel has been upgraded from molded rubber to an air-filled tire to improve pitch accuracy and reduce wear on the ball.
The Optional Steel Auto Feeder
An optional auto ball feeder is great for solo players using this Heater Combo Pitching Machine. The combo auto feeder holds 12 baseballs or 9 softballs (11″ or 12″) and feeds balls in 12-second intervals.
The Heater Combo is a 110 v plug-in pitching machine. It does not come in a rechargeable model, but you can use a generator or battery pack, which you can buy from places such as Sam’s Club. Just make sure the generator/battery pack can handle 350-400 watts.

9″ Regulation-Sized Baseballs (baseball unit only)Notes: Both Coach JP and the manufacturer’s warning labels strongly urge the use of machine pitch dimple balls with this machine. These are the seamless yellow balls you see being used at batting cages. They are the same size and weight as leather game balls, but they fly straighter and last longer, plus they are easier on players’ hands and bats.
We cannot guarantee dimple ball quality other than what we offer so please be aware that cheap means cheap when it comes to dimple balls. Order right from this page (above)!
