Baseballs are an important recurring expense. The best balls are upwards to $60 per dozen with the cheap stuff down in the $20's.

None of them will raise your teams batting average and many of them will disappear before they wear out so I have a hard time investing big bucks in them.

With that in mind, I have always used a good quality ball from a company known for its balls; Not necessarily the best or most expensive... but rather one near the qualities of the best balls in the two most important areas: the core and the leather cover.

Our Wilson AB 1015 has the same red cushioned cork center (aka "the pill") of the best balls on the market including the MLB Ball and the leather cover is a B Grade as opposed to the better A Grade of the most expensive balls. The leather grade is close enough for me and has never been a complaint of any pitchers I have been around.

Now it comes down to price... and these are as good a ball as you could want... especially considering what you get for your hard earned cash.

I know you will like them... enough to re-buy them next time!
