The Strike Out Strips program is very easy to use. You don't need a baseball, just the pitching glove and six feet of space.

Specially engineered strips are attached to what looks like a batting glove to teach the mechanics of baseball pitching to any player aged 5 years and older.

The product was designed from watching and pitching against some of the greatest pitchers," said inventor Jack Kucek, a former White Sox pitcher who singled out Nolan Ryan, Catfish Hunter and Roger Clemens as major influences.

When used properly, the strips will end up in the same spot every time. That not only leads to improved control, but also more velocity. And since the "throwing" motion occurs without a ball, there is little stress on the elbow or shoulder.

The Learn 2 Pitch Instructional DVD

Learn 2 Pitch is the name of the instructional DVD that teaches players and coaches how to use the Strikeout Strips Pitching Glove.

Lessons and drills on the DVD are so simple and informative that even a parent can watch and quickly learn how to aid their child.

The DVD is actually fun to watch, in part because Kucek recognizes that children have limited attention spans so he turns words for each pitching movement into a rhyme. "Prayer position, thumb to thigh, knuckles high, glove to sky, let if fly" is his mantra, and if you follow those easy instructions the strips on the glove will teach proper positioning.

The approximately hour-long DVD, featuring Roger Clemens, has an introduction and three main sections:
