So many of the younger & least experienced players get on the wrong track causing a lot of un-doing to correct them down the road. Even more leave the game prematurely as poor mechanics leads them to fall behind their team mates. As other players improve, poor play causes some to not get the successes that are within their physical abilities, and they ultimately leave this great game way before their time!
