The Instructo Swing was developed to help hitters practice swinging a bat the correct way. By training with it a hitter will start to develop the type of swings that produce line drives, hard ground balls, and fly balls that carry. The Instructo Swing allows you to consistently practice proper hitting mechanics and produces immediate feedback for an improper swing. The new Instructo Swing 5000 has an angle adjustment feature that allows a hitter to choose the type of swing path from a slightly downward, level, or slightly upward fixed position (see below).

The 5000 also has a new 6" upper tee that allows a hitter to train and develop the correct swing approach to pitches in the strike zone above the waist.
