The drills in each CoachDeck were designed by professional coaches to be performed by players from ages 6-16. They are laid out in an easy-to-understand format that allows coaches to conduct an extremely effective practice with little or no preparation!
How The Cards Work
Each CoachDeck baseball drill card is color-coded by topic for instant recognition.
There are 13 drills on each topic:
- Red = Hitting
- Blue = Baserunning
- Gold = Infield
- Green = Outfield
Also included are two double-sided instructional cards on Safety, Terminology, Practice Tips and How to Use CoachDeck.
Each drill card is marked with I, G or T in the top right corner.
This lets you know whether that drill can be performed by an Individual, Group, Team or a combination of those three choices. The drills on most cards can be used for more than one I/G/T option.

Because many youth baseball coaches, despite their good intentions, lack either the fundamental knowledge or time to plan an effective practice.
