I have been coaching and instructing youth from 8 year-old Little League players to 20 year-old college players since 1995. I have been around baseball all my life, played 4 years of collegiate ball, and was offered an opportunity to play in the Frontier League in 1994. It was then that I began my coaching career instead. I specialize in teaching young players proper pitching mechanics to lay a foundation for success in upper levels of play. Sessions are personal, one-on-one instruction with an emphasis on identifying poor habits and creating new habits to excel in the game. It is vital for any young player who desires to play at higher levels to have good, sound mechanics and an ability to throw a variety of pitches with confidence regardless of the count. I have worked with players who have signed at DI and DII colleges as well as the pro draft. My goal is to give young players the tools they need to go as far as their potential will take them in baseball. It doesn\'t matter how old a player is. I then played the next six years in the Canadian League and achieved three batting titles and three MVP seasons there.
