I teach the windmill from the release back in increments of 1/4 circle, slowly working your way back to correct distance. Correct mechanics is taught and later accuracy and speed is built into the program. I teach all pitches - drop/curve/rise/change/in-curve/splitter/drop curve. Once we build the fundamental of the pitch, I will then build movement on the pitches. On average it takes 2-4 years to build good pitchers. Ages start at 10 and up.
