I am a female instructor with 9 years of experience providing private, group lessons, and clinics to all ages and skill levels in the Omaha and Sioux City areas. I teach basic mechanics off of foundations of Ernie Parker as well as all specialty pitches. I was a NCAA Div II All-American pitcher for Morningside College in 1996 and was in the level 1 and 2 trials for the 1996 Olympic team.

I spent 6 years as a baseball coach at the Division I level. In those six years, I have had 13 pitchers that were drafted. I also coached 6 position players that were drafted as well. Fifteen players received all conference awards and one player was named All-American at the Division I level. Individual instruction will be determined by age and ability level.
