Pitching Mechanics: Players are taught everything from grip, stance, back-swing, stride, arm rotation, to release and finish. We make sure that each pitcher is taught the proper mechanics in detail and that she is completely comfortable with every aspect of her delivery.

Pitching Drills: Players are shown a variety of drills, using weighted balls, spinners,balance beam, and large softballs designed to specifically improve everything from her basic mechanics to more advanced things such as arm speed, foot work as well as mechanics of various breaking pitches.

Types of Pitches: Players will learn the proper mechanics for all types of pitches including fastballs, change ups, drop balls, rise balls, curve ball, and screw balls. Players will also learn to mix their pitches to always keep hitters off balance.

I have played for both Vanderbilt University and The University of Louisville, as well as got drafted by the Chicago White Sox. You can rent a cage or a mound for $10 an hour. Our place is set up for teams and dads to work with their kids. We also have a 60 X 70 turfed in field. A pitching machine is avaliable. We also do one on one lessons.
