Easy to Set Up

• It takes two people about 10 minutes to set up the Zip Net in a garage.

• Your purchase comes with all the hooks, stops and hardware you need to install the Zip Net.

• Comes with 25' of wire, which is enough to span the typical 24' two car garage. The wire is already threaded through the Zip Net's sliding mechanism.

Simple to Use

Assembly Instructions

Your Zip Net box should contain the following:

• The Sliding Net with 25 ft of pre-strung Cable
• A Packet of hardware containing:
  • 2 Screw Hooks (a)
  • 1 Turnbuckle (b)
  • 1 "U" Clip (c)
  • 1 Hex Wrench (d)

You will have to provide the following:

• 2 One Liter Bottles With Screw On Caps

Assembly

Note: The cable is long enough to span a two car garage (25 feet).

1. Locate a stud behind the drywall and mark of a height of 8 1/2 to 9 ft.

   Tip: Before locating the desired studs, make sure there is at least 5 feet between your Zip Net and the wall behind to allow for fly back.

2. Drill a pilot hole with a 3/16th drill into the stud, then repeat the same process on the opposite wall, making sure the two holes are at the same height from the floor.
3. Screw the 2 Screw Hooks (a) into the pilot holes until the screw threads disappear at least 1/2 inch into the wall.
4. Lay your Zip Net fully out on the floor, making sure it is tangle free
5. Select from which wall your Zip Net is to open. Place the pre-assembled loop at one end of the Cable over that Screw Hook (a). Making sure that the Turnbuckle (b) is expanded nearly as for as possible, slip the circle end of the Turnbuckle (b) over the other Screw Hook (a).
6. Determine the approximate distance across to the Turnbuckle Hook (b) then form a loop in the cable, securing it with the loosely fitted "U" Clip (c).

7. Place this loop you created over the hook end of the Turnbuckle (b), and, after pulling the cable as taut as possible, tighten the 2 nuts on the "U" Clip (c).

   Tip: Use another person to support the net thereby removing its weight from the Cable This will make tightening the Cable easier.

8. Tighten the Turnbuckle (b) until the Cable is horizontal.

Setting Your Zip Net's Position on the Cable

1. Slide your ZipNet to the desired open position � maximum width: 12 feet.
2. Secure the other side of your Zip Net by slipping the Eyelet found at the end of the 6ft Strap over the Screw Hook in the wall.
3. Set the stop (preassembled on the wire) at the desired farther point and tighten its set screw with the provided Hex Wrench (d).

4. When your Zip Net is set in the desired position fill two 1 liter water bottles to the desired weight and slip each into the pockets found on each of the ZipNet�s bottom corners.

   Tip: Usually 1/4 to 1/2 full is sufficient, but don't be afraid to experiment.
