About the Author
Peter Sprenkle has been active in coaching youth sports for over thirty years. Pete has coached youth baseball and girls fastpich softball teams at every age group from 5 to 18-years old. The information in this Tool Kit comes from Sprenkle's experience with many sources, including coaching clinics, talking with other coaches, observation, imagination, and suggestions from players and parents.
Pete is a 1957 graduate of the University of Miami and spent 35 years working for IBM. He retired in 1992 and now devotes much of his time to youth baseball in his hometown of Boulder, CO.
