"The three years I spent at the University of Houston playing under Bragg Stockton was a valuable learning experience. The drills we worked on during those years helped me develop the basics and understand the fundamentals of pitching, which is so important for every pitcher to learn. His kinetic system of drills is easy to understand and can be practiced at home or at team workouts. With hard work, these drills will definitely help coaches and players of any age level."
