It's a simple concept that revolves around what many call the safest way to increase the stamina and durability of baseball and fastpitch softball players arms... through Resistance Training!
I don't know how a player cannot benefit from resistance band training. It is so simple with the added advantage in that the body just won't allow itself to do more than it can... as opposed to weights, for example. Players can try to lift too heavy of weight... and injury can easily occur, but with resistance tubes or bands, they just cannot exceed how much that player can push or pull... It's great theory and is used everyday throughout all levels of play... yes, including the Big Leaguers!
It's great for individual home training and team training too!
