How to Use Instant Chill
- Add Instant Chill to water and ice in a cooler.
- Submerge hand towels in cooler mixture.
- Wring out and use towels to wipe head, face, neck, and extremities to create an instant cooling effect.
Coach JP notes:
Use a ratio of 2 ounces of Instant Chill per gallon of water.
The mixture can also be used in a spray bottle.
